Although the entrepreneur wants to develop his company or business (or reach the next level) and can constantly think about what he wants to achieve in the future, it is also important that he is grateful for the things he currently has, for example, there are several entrepreneurs who have a “special thank-you book or agenda” in which you write when you wake up all the things for which you should be grateful.
Make a list with the activities of the day
This is a habit that every entrepreneur must have, as we mentioned in the previous article entitled seven habits that will allow you to be more productive, starting the day with a list of activities to perform, will allow us to focus on the most important tasks to achieve the goals and objectives of our business or company (this will also help us to optimize the time), this list of tasks can be done the night before or first thing in the morning.
Meditation simply consists of relaxing (usually done sitting) in silence and breathing deeply with the mind in white (trying to focus on the same breath or on an object), although it is true that there are different types of meditation, The truth is that this practice helps to increase the level of concentration and focus as well as giving greater control to one’s thoughts (allowing the person to focus on the present). Although there are different criteria regarding the time it should be done, it is recommended to meditate at least 10 minutes a day (there are people who meditate 30 minutes or 1 hour).
Take a good breakfast
The people say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so it is important that you take the time to sit quietly to breakfast and enjoy the meal calmly. This moment must be quiet to be able to absorb all the energies that breakfast gives us. On the other hand, it is important that breakfast is balanced and that it contains fruits and natural juices. Important: only a cup of coffee is not breakfast.
Do some exercises
Daily exercise is very good for health and also helps the body to activate. After a good night’s rest, it is a very good idea to start the day with a small exercise routine. You do not necessarily have to go to a gym or practice any sports discipline, with doing at least a 15-minute walk will be enough to activate the body and arrange it for work.
Make a list of things that are NOT going to be done
While it is common to hear about what we are going to do during the day, it is also important that the entrepreneur has a list of things that he “will not do” during the day, this allows us to improve his focus and avoid distractions, for example between the things that successful entrepreneurs avoid doing are: seeing news, interacting with certain “negative” people, talking about people who are not present, etc. Regardless of which activities you choose not to carry out, it is very important that you identify and write them so that they can’t interfere with the activities that you are scheduled to do.

Training is essential to achieve our goals and objectives, while the average person reads 2 or 3 books a year, successful entrepreneurs have a higher reading rate (for example Mark Zuckerberg has a reading rhythm of a weekly book or 52 a year), if this rhythm seems high you can look for an intermediate one (which can be a monthly book or a book every 2 weeks) this rhythm of learning allows the entrepreneur to have a broader view on many topics besides deepening in knowledge of various areas. If you do not like the text format, the good news is that currently there are other formats to consume these contents as is the case of “audiobooks” where you can listen to different books on your mobile device, tablet or desktop computer.
Once a successful entrepreneur has made all these habits as part of a daily routine in the morning, you are ready to have a day full of energy, with enthusiasm and willing to meet all the goals that were set before leaving home.
