Primary Feature (New)
The information displayed on the dashboard has been redistributed to provide better visibility and a fresher look and feel, now it is much more spacious, we removed the banner section on the right side and give more space to recent transactions, and now we show information in the following new order:
- Type of Transaction
- Within the description, we now show comments, exchange rate, and the origin of the transaction
- Tx filter
- Pending Balance (improved)
- Direct access to monthly statements
Our new Dashboard makes you feel the difference between the use of conventional banking and fintech, thus achieving a smoother transition for those who adopt our technology.
View Wallets (Dashboard)
In this window we place the animation, we enlarge the QR, Copy and Edit buttons which greater visibility, by clicking on QR we now show the complete information of our Fintech in order to comply with the requirements of the FAFT, this information can be copied with a simple click, we add much friendlier confirmation windows.
Send Section (Send USD to Bank Account)
In the USD area at the SEND section, we have integrated Plaid that will allow you to add your Domestic (US) USD account simply by authenticating with your bank credentials, Plaid is a tool that provides data transfer networks that empower Fintech and products digital financials. Batch Payments (Web-only)
This kind of transaction is a tool that makes it easier for business users to make batch payments which is ideal for payroll, bonus or supplier payments, with a single transaction you can send up to 2,500 payments at the same time, with few clicks or uploading a .csv file, for businesses with higher needs we can implement a version of up to 50,000 payments at the same time, additionally, if your payroll has not changed you will be able to repeat last payment without having to process everything from scratch again.
Batch payments are only available for our web version.
New Sign Up
In the sign up process we have added several important steps, some to comply with regulations and others to obtain more information and provide you a better experience, which is extremely important for us.
In the business sign up process we have implemented changes that slightly modify the registration structure for businesses, when a user registers as a business they must open an individual account and in turn, must create their corporate entity, this means that the user will have access to the individual account and from there you can jump to your business account with just one click, this way you avoid having multiple users and passwords which ends up being cumbersome for some clients who have multiple companies.
Now government entities can open accounts in Mercury Cash, offering them the same solutions we have for businesses but with more focused attention to entities of this type, for example, if a tax collector wants to offer the option of paying taxes in cryptocurrencies, they can do so with Mercury Cash, among many other functions.
- Phone Verification via Whatsapp or SMS
Most of our team are migrants, so we know very well that there are people who keep their phone number through WhatsApp, that is why we have enabled the verification of the phone number via WhatsApp as an alternative method to SMS.

Secondary Features (New)
The notification bell displays the most recent transactions or notifications posted to your account.
We have created a notifications section where you can find the historical record of all the notifications you have received in your account, initially, you can see your notifications but also in future launches you will be able to see login activity notifications, price alerts, new announcements products and among others.
User roles allow businesses and individuals to grant access to other business and individuals to manage their account in order to grant read-only access, or full access to make operations, each user can have the freedom to share access of their account without exposing their credentials since each business and individuals invited is an individual user within Mercury Cash account credentials.
The functions of the users are as follows:
For individual accounts
- Read-only: It grants access to all the data, great function to give access to accountants, bookkeepers, auditors, others, this role also allows you to download account statements in .pdf .csv and .xls
For business accounts
- Owner / Manager: grant full access to the entire account, includes operational functions: deposits, withdrawals, purchases, and sales. Administrative functions: add or remove Owner / Manager among others.
- Read-only: It grants access to all the data of the account, a great function for accountants, bookkeepers, auditors, others, this role also allows you to download account statements in .pdf .csv and .xls
- Business: It grants access to all account operations less administrative access, operational functions: deposits, withdrawals, purchases, and sales. Please note that by granting access to a business entity, all users who have the Owner / Manager role for this entity will have access to your account.
- Individual: It grants access to all account operations minus administrative access, operations: deposits, withdrawals, purchases, and sales.
Add new businesses
If you are a user with multiple businesses and want to login to all of them with a single login credential now is possible with business entities, you can register each of your companies and operate with them by simply jumping from one to another with a simple click (switch accounts). To add a new business, each entity must go through an approval process and we will request information that requires verification.
Now you will be able to control the sessions started in your account and you will even be able to delete a session that is open, allowing you to unlink any suspicious access that you do not recognize.
Fintech letter certification
From now on you can generate a letter with your account details certified by Mercury Cash, a certification that you can use in other financial institutions or procedures that require this, likewise, we recommend that when you need to send your wallet address for a deposit, it be done digitally using the copy and paste function.
Login APP improved
From now on you can enter the mobile session of your account in the app using your face or fingerprint depending on the case, when more than 24 hours have passed, your access will remain active using only faceID or your fingerprint after you log in with your credentials, this will maintain the access of your account by a long time.
Live Chat built-in APP
Access to customer support is now directly from the App, which means, you will not have to go to a browser or use a computer at the same time to access our live customer support (live chat).
