How to withdraw funds from our Mercury Cash account with TransferWise (via ACH)

In this article we will explain how to withdraw funds from our Mercury Cash account with TransferWise via ACH, it is important to note that in order to have transferwise withdrawal data via ACH we must enter an identity document and add $ 20 to our Transferwise account to activate that option (which has an approval time of 1 to 2 days within the TransferWise platform).

After knowing this requirement, we proceed to describe the process of withdrawing funds from our Mercury Cash account with TransferWise (via ACH).

First of all we must log in to our Mercury Cash account and go to the “Send” section and click on the sub menu that has the same name.

Then we choose the destination where we want to send the funds, in this case in the “Destination” option we select the item “Choose one”

Then we choose the option “Bank account through ACH – 24 hours”

A drop-down menu will appear where we choose the option “Add bank account”

A pop-up window will appear where the currency (dollar), type (domestic) will appear and then the method will appear, where we will choose the option “Manually” and then click on the “Next” button.

Then a pop-up window will appear where we must fill in the beneficiary fields (it is important that the beneficiary’s name matches the exact name of the TransferWise account) after filling in the required data, we click on the “Next” button.

Next, another section will appear where we must place the data of our bank account, this is where we place the data that our TransferWise account provides us.

To access this data we must log in to our TransferWise account, then we must go to our account in USD (remember that to have transferwise withdrawal data via ACH, we must first enter an identity document and add $ 20 to our Transferwise account to activate that option), in this section the data that we must put in our will appear in the “Bank account” field of our Mercury Cash account.

After filling in the required fields, we click on “Send”.

Then we must choose the amount to withdraw and then we click on the “Continue” button.

Subsequently, a “preview” of our operation will appear, we will have 10 minutes to confirm the operation if everything is satisfied we simply have to click on the “Send” button.

After that we can see in the “Dashboard” section our withdrawal request and its status (on the right side the status of “approved” will appear within a few hours) after being approved is that the operation will be carried out, which takes about 24 hours. to reach our TransferWise account.

In this way, we have learned how to withdraw funds from our Mercury Cash account to our TransferWise account via ACH.
